We Set-Up A 30 Day Return Policy For You
30-Days Satisfaction Guarantee
You can return any products purchased from us within 30 days of receiving them for a refund, exchange, or store credit if:
(a) The product arrived with a damaged or contaminated package;
(b) The product is defective;
(c) You received the wrong item;
(d) You changed your mind and wish to return the product.
This 30-day return policy applies only to physical products purchased directly from our website. For products purchased from other sellers, please refer to the respective seller’s return policy, as we have no control over those returns.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Return Process Steps
Step 1:
Contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order by filling out our contact form [here]. Please include your full name, email, order number, and a brief description of why you wish to return the product.
Step 2:
Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days. If your return request meets our Return Policy and Terms of Service, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Please note that returns are accepted only after filling the RMA form. We are not liable for orders sent without prior filling RMA and such returns can not be processed.
Step 3:
Re-pack the product safely and securely. Attach the RMA form visibly on the package and send the product to the return address provided in the RMA form. Non-defective items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. For defective items, please contact our customer support before arranging the return.
Step 4:
Complete the RMA form by providing the tracking number and carrier of the returned parcel. Returns without tracking numbers may be refused by our warehouse. Please use registered mail or another trackable shipping method.
Step 5:
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds may take longer to appear on your credit card statement. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the order.
