Shipping Methods

We use the fastest available shipping services to ensure your order arrives promptly. Our primary carriers include USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post ,SG Post, Yunexpress  FedEx, DHL, and other reputable international shipping companies.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will also be indicated at checkout.



Shipping Time

Please note that while our products ship from our warehouses in US and China, therefore delivery time is based largely on local postal services once they arrive at their destination country.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to most countries, there are some locations we are unable to ship to due to carrier restrictions or local laws. If you place an order to a restricted location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.


Damage


If your order was damaged in transit, we will be more than glad to offer you a free of charge replacement, please contact our Customer Support Team via Contact us Form.


Please note that you will have to provide us with:


1. Pictures of the damaged item.


2. Pictures of the damaged packaging.


The damaged item will have to be returned for inspection to our return address provided by our Support Team


Please note that not clearing the item out from customs, refusing or not claiming the order, providing a wrong address might cause the parcel to return back to us or be disposed of, in such case, a restocking fee of 15% will apply as per standard return policy, furthermore, $5/shipment will be deducted from the total amount of the refund

Special Circumstances

During peak seasons, such as holidays, or in the case of pre-orders, shipping times may be extended. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
